Vision Statement

To empower our community (including club members)economically by exploring available income earning opportunities to our advantage and to act as a pressure group on our elected representatives to fulfil their electoral promises to the community as well as raise the voice of the community globally

President´s Speech

It gives me great pleasure to stand before you this evening to address you as the eight President of Weppa Wanno Pyramid Club of Nigeria. I am grateful to Almighty God for making this day possible.

The elections have come and gone; it is now time to come together as one club, one family with one love to move our dear club to a higher level. There is no winner or loser dichotomy in the election; we are all winners in the affairs of the club. I invite my brother, Amb. Sunny Braimah, to join me in actualizing the dream of all members, and that is, to make the club a better organization that will bring growth and development to our community while promoting the welfare of our members.

During the course of the campaigns, I rolled out a 36 points manifesto which I intend to pursue vigorously. The manifesto is anchored on the core objectives of the club as enshrined in our constitution as well as improving the visibility of the club.

1. The Club house and Secretariat will receive attention in terms of facelift and additional infrastructures.
2. The Pyramid Spouses Support Group will come into existence. The group will be saddled  with the responsibility of organizing the End of year children party.
3. The Pyramid Career talk/Quiz competition will be brought back immediately.
4. There will be a Pyramid Political Pressure Committee, that will serve to put pressure on government to bring development to our clans.
5. The welfare of our members will take a front burner in the scheme of things. This will be addressed through the Pyramid Job Vacancy platform and a vibrant Welfare Committee.
6. The investment portfolio of the club will be given the desire priority so as to increase the financial base of the club.

I implore members to take my 36 points agenda as a checklist to appraise my tenure. We are determined to make a difference in the running of the club by transforming the club to a model club that will be the envy of many.

We intend to hit the ground running; I have therefore fixed an inaugural meeting of National officers for tomorrow, 26th December  2019. The meeting is to set the template for running the administration of the club for the next two years.

God willing, we shall deliver on our mandate; we will not disappoint you.

I intend to be your President, President to all members; I will be that listening President; I will be that solution seeking President; Your challenge will be my challenge. The constitution will be our guiding document at all times We shall adopt the axiom: Injury to one, is injury to all.
